John Potapchuk
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

John Potapchuk plays a critical role in the growth and development of Gentiva. He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since March 2006. He joined Gentiva in 1991 and held various corporate financial management positions, including Vice President and Operations Controller, Vice President of Finance, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Gentiva, John served in senior management positions at two major independent public accounting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Deloitte & Touche.

John holds a BA in mathematics from Boston College. He is a certified public accountant.
