Brian Silva
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Brian Silva oversees Gentiva's human resources. He assumed his post as Senior Vice President, Human Resources in March 2006.

Before his role at Gentiva, Brian held the positions of Senior Vice President - Human Resources & Administration and Corporate Secretary of Linens N' Things, Inc., the international home furnishings retailer. He also served in senior human resources positions with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, and several other companies.

Silva holds a bachelor's degree from St. John's University, a master's degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a master's degree in human resources management and labor relations from New York Institute of Technology.
